PAPERWORK DEADLINE IS FAST APPROACHING!
Today I forwarded and email from the Athletic Director in regard to when all paperwork must be in
the Athletic Directors office in order for a player to be able to tryout this spring. It is 3/1/10 for 9th
through 12th and 3/8/10 for 7th and 8th. If you did not receive the email from me, please let me know
so I can add your name to my group email list.
If you go to www.warwicksd.org, click on "athletics" in the upper right, then on "Sports Physicals and Preparticipation Forms" in the center of the page, it will explain the process and allow you to download the forms.
Please note that both of these dates are one week before the actual tryouts process. It is not good
enough to have them in before tryouts, they must be in by the dates above in order to be allowed
to tryout the first day. Please take care of these documents as soon as possible. The last I checked
in the AD's office, there were not very many players paperwork turned in and we are 11 days from
the HS deadline!

SPRING PAPERWORK & PHYSICALS:

The deadline to have your physical completed and all of your paperwork in is March 1st for
High School players and March 8th for Middle School players. For specific information and
to download the required forms, go to www.warwicksd.org, click on "athletics" at top right,
the click on 'Sports Physical and Preparation Forms" in the middle of the page. Or you
